1. Order Cancellations

  • Once a payment is made, the order cannot be canceled as the product is instantly delivered.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued if:
    • You were charged twice for the same product.
    • You did not receive the product due to a technical issue (must be reported within 24 hours).
